Its the antivirus. Use chrome in incognito mode and try again.

Just tried it myself after clicking on the Skip Ad button on the AdFly page it does the same thing it did to BryanL mentioned

I don't even get to the skip ad part and this is the only one I have been having problems with as you can see in the pic norton thinks it is a scam site and keeps blocking it

incognito mode don't work either I have to turn off intrusion prevention to make it work. This new website your downloads are going through www.enagato.com is a big problem all the new stuff I try to download is giving security issues
