There was a big hiatus between what I assumed was end of the story, but I guess it was not. Than they most likely must make new juridical BS each volume to translate and sell it and with some no-no period for it to sell in the Japan. I though it would end on volume 8 or 9, but after 2 years of hiatus there was volume 10 and after 2 more there is volume 11.

If you think that Japanese release is the same as translated one, than no. Because English version is published by Seven Seas Entertainment (not the original publisher of Japanese version). They need to jump some legal hoops to release their translated version. It often include some time-out before selling English version. It also depends on whatever, but mostly it something in between 3 to 12 months if translated version catches up with ongoing volumes. And to not fuck up the sales they have 3 to 6 month between volumes even if books have a backlog.

I'm aware they are different, it was from the seven seas site I got the origional date, seven seas often delay books, had plenty of issues with it when I collected them as paperbacks, seven seas were by far the worst for not releasing kn the planned dates
