Yeah, these are pretty much the translated light novel version. the story from the web novel starts to expand in these volumes

I Have none, sadly. but I think there are many sites out there that converts pdf files into epub ones.

From what I've read far, the translation isn't as good as the one for the other lns on here, but it's still relatively understandable. I would say it's worth reading if you like the series.
