Why some series in the Ln list are not available for download

I want to download series like oreimo,owari no chronicles and seitokai no ichizon etc.

They are in the Ln list,but aren't available for download,so why it is like that,i want to know

The website owner @GOLDENAGATO either had plans to add but didn't get around to it, or those series were pulled down by their TL groups before he could add them here
