Going to the jnovel site is fine same thing with other sites.
It just when im about to download the file...it wont load at all.
Restarted the phone , cleared google storage...nothing worked.
Tried waiting for 20 mins and i just got an error.

I have had similar issues on other sites. Turns out my ISP is apparently blocking some sites through their DNS.
Try changing your DNS to Cloudflare's or Google's.
Easiest way is to download the "1.1.1.1 + WARP: Safer Internet" app.
Or you can change the DNS on the phone itself
In the Private DNS provider hostname (search on your phone "private dns", it should get you to the right screen), you can type in " one.one.one.one " or " security.cloudflare-dns.com " for Cloudflare's. Google's is just dns.google

Keep in mind that on mobile, the site tries to open new tabs to show ads every time you click on the download link and if they are blocked, it might mess things up. I would recommend trying on a computer instead of a phone.

Changing the dns on my phone didnt work but downloading the WRAP app actually worked.

After the 15th of May. Add 1 or 2 days if you didn't want to calculate more with timezones. Because official publisher have their timezone, than admins here have their. So to not screw yourself too much pick somewhere near 15th. Next volume will come fast too, after 10th of July. And there is only 1 volume left for the main story after. So it would be at the end of the year or at the start of the next one when the main story ends. I hope author will write something else in the future after work with manga and anime is done. I liked her worldbuilding and how gradually story became more serious and complex with our MC.

Downloaded right now. The problem could be that with browser, vpn or adblock~ish add-ons for browser. Sometimes it's just fuck-up from the filost. They could get funny in the head sometimes because of the workload. Try another browser without add-ons and vpn.
