They forgot to take it out from there. It was translated part by part. When it was completed, they fixed all drafts up and made a full volume for it. It has good quality translations.

They are on par with official translation quality standards. Official translations mean that the company which owns the product, in this case the novel overlord, endorse their translations. Which means any translations not endorsed by the author/company, are fan translatons.

It's likely that Volume 17 will release near the Holy Kingdom movie for marketing reasons and it would also coincide with the time the author takes to write each volume. If the movie comes out in January 2025, I would bet the LN will release in November at the earliest and March at the latest.
