I'm getting the issue too, I am excited for this but I couldn't download it either. The message says that "this domain is not allowed on our system." And is a totally blank webpage.
This is also present in a few other ones I tried download like "Itai no wa Iya nanode Bōgyo-Ryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu", "Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu" and "To Be a Power in the Shadows!"

Just ignore the amount of tabs open

try using a vpn, according to nagato your isp might be the issue if the vpn fixes your issue let me know so I can tell the others

I think the problem is with the links within Linkvertise site - the reason why page is not loading or domain is not allowed.

Never needed to disable anti-virus for other LNs (was still able to download despite threat notification) so would rather wait for mp4directs to move files/link to different repository or for LN to be available from other sites.
